Very unreliable

I bought a electric shower within the telephone in one of the companies at qs (Younus). I described entirely that I really could not watch for an extended interval ie 7-10 times since I'd contractors coming in. He decided with me the item could be received within the same week. I was informed the item was in-stock.

I discovered after seven days after I didn't receive the merchandise that it wasnt in-stock plus they were waiting themselves. I called back after 10 times plus they are sayin they still havent started using it yet. When i requested to consult with the supervisor they merely handed me from 1 company to another cheating to become managers. I requested to get a reimbursement plus they stated that they'd charge me A - 25% admin restock fee.

In my opinion they lied an decieved simply to create a purchase. The job force isn't responsible. They're unreliable. Imtold since they'll receive the merchandise next week. This has triggered me issues with my contractors.
