I bought a home from T & Q on 01.06.09. I had been advised I'd be advised of shipping day when I needed it to become shipped on the Friday. I had been informed if all products were in-stock it'd come direct from shop, or even it'd originate from a website. On Friday 19.06.09, while I had been not athome, your kitchen was shipped. On 27.06.09 my installers found match home, they discovered 2 out-of 3 function areas were ruined, a article was shattered, items were lacking in the construction components and 15 bits of the kitchen were lacking from purchase, including cabinet fronts, doorway, finish sections, units etc. The supervisor explained he wouldn't provide me the lost items or perhaps a reimbursement till he'd researched issue. I got all pieces in my own ownership back again to shop and was just provided partial reimbursement, for parts I'd delivered, not the missing items. I reported to issues division, just for them to become so inexperienced I'd to include them to criticism. On 29.06.09 I had been informed I'd obtain a complete reimbursement, although not simply because they decided that items were absent, only for client goodwill. I've a statement for £200 from my installers for just starting to match home, but W & Q WOn't spend stating that products were shipped.By 01.07.09 W & Q accepted that 2 of the lost items were never shipped, but that another items were, and that I am eligible for nothing. I had been not ready to allow the installers match akitchen, without me comprehending that W & Q might provide me the missing peices, when I had no purpose of spending money on them again. Your kitchen wasn't fit-for objective and trading requirements state they're in violation of agreement, but nonetheless they wont spend my trimmer's statement. W & Q are ineffective and maynot worry about customer support, and therefore are very pleased to contact their clients liars and thieves. I appeal at home and not just am I outofpocket £200 to my installers and about £25 in gas to and from shop, and telephone calls, my company has endured and that I have lost profits and goodwill of my clients.
