Innovative Mechanical and Electrical aka (IME) or Heating and Air Technology of CA did a horrible job for us. (CA Lic #792329) We had to hire another contractor to finish the job and fix all the damage they caused. When they refused to make an adjustment and particial refund we filled a complaint with the California Contractors Board. Turns out we are not the only customer that has been ripped off by them. The CA Attorney's General is investigating this company for illegal activities and fraud. If you've been a victim of shoddy workmanship or fraud by this company, you can file a complaint with the Contractors Board and add your name to the long list of victims. Refer to case #S000490.
