JASON FRIEND stole my deposit and ripped me off this man is a liar!

I gave the owner of Spring Meadows Landscaping (Jason Friend) a large deposit to start my landscaping... He did nothing but laydown a small amount of gravel.
All season long he promised to start the work but never did, never answers his phone or e-mails and when he does its only to tell you another lie to buy him more time, this is his trademark to lead you on and on and on and never actually showing up to do the work.
I will be suing him to try to regain my deposit, dont bother with the BBB they are basically useless after the fact!
This person most likely has ripped off many an honest person as I have learned from reputable landscapers in Calgary that are aware of his routine and were hired to fix or complete the work he never did, but of course he took their money and ran, as the man has no morals.
Save yourself a lot of grief and do not use this company, their are honest contractors out there who are not dishonest fraudsters!!
