HEALTH MASTER Returned this OVERPRICED BLENDER, ripped off on 'EXPEDITED SHIPPING'

Purchased MONTEL Williams Health Master Emulisfier (IT'S NOT a blender) on August 22. Ordered online with EXPIDITIED SHIPPING to get it QUICK-UNDER 7DAYS. It cost $ 39.98!!!
The packaged arrived 11 DAYS LATER!!! Via ups... with a big hole on the side of the box! Looked like someone punched it!!! The hole went throught the OUTER box and into the INNER box holding the appliance. THANKfully nothing was broked from this. I immediately called C/S 973-287-5170 to report it before Opening it. The unit was fine. IT'S very big, AND is VERY LOUD. It does NOT JUICE things... It only emulisfies them inthe VERY small particles. It's not juice. It's leaves things in a Oatmeal-like consistency. IF you add more water or liquid, it only make MORE of it, but the 'pulpy-like' consistency does not go away. If you run the unit longer, it does not help.
I sent it back... Only 60 days for return. They must RECEIEVE it on the 60th day or they won't refund money.
Remember, i paid $ 39.98 for expidited shipping that took 1 11 days via ups.
I sent it back to them via UPS, with 2 DAY SHIPPING and it cost me $ 11.00. $ 11.00 to send it to them within 2 days... BUT THEY TOOK 11 DAYS AND CHANGED ME $ 39.98.
ALSO, They DID NOT refund the $ 15.00 EXTRA I paid for the 3 year warrenty. THEY KEPT THAT MONEY!!! Said it's not refundable.
I lost $ 54.98... They only refunded the $ 199.98 price of the unit.
IF YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT, DO NOT EXPECT IT TO JUICE ANYTHING!!! AND DON'T PAY FOR EXPIDITED SHIPPING... It does not cost them $ 39.00 to ship this item. Let them send it regular mail, it will probably get to you in less than 11 DAYS!!!
