He has failed to show for two installation dates, does not answer phone calls, and has yet to return $2,500 deposit. Based on this business' performance I would HIGHLY recommend you seek other vendors for reliable quotes and installation. A friend who booked his services at the same time is experiencing exactly the same problem. It appears that legal steps must be taken to recover our deposits.
