On Friday, February 15th my spouse and that I shut on our new house in Solivita, a retirement community. 24 hours later we were informed the contractor, Character, had decreased the bottom cost of our house by 20% to months just before our final. This 20% decrease has decreased the worthiness of my house by $91,980.00. He also described that some customers did get the decreased bottom cost just before final.
