Nothing but problems

Approximately couple of years before I bought trex for decking to become mounted by contractor. Homedepot showed me three shades: beige gray & redwood. Having a cream-colored house and natural wicker furniture & carpet, I picked beige. Two mos. Later it made dark gray. I reported to salesman in the home website to no avail. Several wks ago I came across the contact on line. I e mailed the issue to trex. I obtained a solution requesting easily selected winchester gray trigger that shade starts as beige??? They stated it's within the brochures that we wasn't showned at shop. I subsequently delivered back an email saying when they went to purchase a beige vehicle also it made gray, might they would like to notice this solution? I expected to get a repetition in the future discover this mismatch, but haven't noticed since. Please assist when I am on existing on soc. Sec. And can't afford to paint the home and purchase new furniture to complement the colour change. I knowing it diminishing, but an entire shade change?
