Slum Lord, steals money, never returns security deposits, says he never recs. Checks and after you reissue pymt he will cash what he claimed he lost

My family rented a town home from ALAN GROVE in Hagers Crossing for almost 4 yrs. Not one month were we ever late, we kept the home in EXCELLENT condition. Bleached walls, baseboards, shampooed rugs, cleaned appliances on a regular basis. Sept. 2008 he offered to sell us the townhome for $199,000. We declined because others were going for $140,000's and we were only approved for $175,000. Feb he offers to sell it for $114,000. @ this point we could not optain financing. We started getting notes on the door from his bank. When I asked if he was having problems he said no the were just working on a deal? I have never had the bank personally come to my home to make a deal. Also Feb he did not cash our rent check or utility check. He said he lost them so I sent him two more. I did not cancel because I thought for sure he would not STEAL from us.in July we told him we would be moving Aug 1.
