Similar to another report that i read on this company - after one month, my product had not arrived (a simple memory book). I wrote emails and got no response. I tried to call and the voice mailbox was full. Finally after several angry emails and a lucky call, they contacted me back and told me my product was not in stock. They did refund my money but it was ridiculous trying to get through. I wll never use this company again and do not recommend it for anyone else.
