I shop at Lowes all the time. My last experience was really disappointing. I could not find anyone to help me. I walked up to employee Norm and he was on his cell phone. He never acknowledged me at any time. I said excuse me and still got no answer. I was very angry because I spend alot of money at this lowes and is was really disappointed. I was walking out and an employee with blonde hair asked if she could help me. I didn't get her name but i did see store manager. She brought me where I needed to go and even gave me some suggestions. You need people working in this store like her. When you don't even get acknowledged makes you not want to come out. Thank you to the blonde store manager for saving me from going somewhere else but the other employee what a DISAPPOINTMENT
