The Pensacola store is quick to sell you furniture and add 12-15% in Extended warranties to everything you buy including the bed frames and chairs. Then they promise a delivery window of 4 hours but never get the furniture delivered anywhere near the time window. They pass the buck around through the management if you complain about the poor follow up. This company has no concern for the end result of the sale. There is a 20% fee charged if you cancel an order after the first 48 hours and that is because they won't deliver the furniture until after 48 hours and by then you are hooked and they turn you over to the WORST delivery team in the world. I will never use this store again and highly recommend that anyone else consider this advice. Remember. When they have your check in hand, the service goes to hell in a hand-basket.
