Online auction rip-off

On or about July 15, I won an auction bid for a George Forman Grill for $54.00 $17.00 shipping, conducted on Bay9.com by vendor "Digitaldude.

I sent a money order on july 16 (made out to Bay9.com) and notified the vendor of that fact. It took Bay9.com 2 weeks to locate my money order (which they cashed on Aug 2).

They then notified me that the item#76860 was now being shipped by the vendor and that I should give it a few days. It is now Sept 13 and I still have not recd the grill.

In addition Bay9.com (Anna) will not respond to my many E-mails or phone calls over a period of 3 weeks. Anybody that now wants to deal with that kind of scam outfit deserves what they do not receive and alot of the royal runaround. Auction buyer Beware!
