Won an auction, received item weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Item arrived used, scratched, and dented. Emailed dealfun support to say I wanted my money back, etc, and haven't received a reply even though it's been five days.in another auction I won... That order was cancelled due to vendor stock count error. Received voucher bids. No refund thus far. They promised a refund for the cancelled order, so I hope I get it. I contacted BBB in their area, and will willingly participate in class action suit. Complete scam.
