Oregon close out Take the money and run operation!

My wife ordered a 3 piece sectional sofa and love seat with matching recliner. Entered the credit card and sent order and the order confirmation page stated it would be 1-3 weeks to deliver.

It has been 13 weeks and still NO DELIVERY! We have attempted to contact them thru email and get no response tried to call their toll free line and get a recorded message that the "voice mailbox is full" (Anybody wonder why?).

They charged the full amount to our card and sent no mechandise to fullfill their obligation.

We are out $2300 and the time we have spent trying to contact them plus the time we have spent disputing the charge on our credit card.

If you work for furniture zoo please note I am looking for you and I will get my money's worth one way or another!

Dont do business with these morons or they will rip you off too.
