Lorenzo and Son Construction - Michael Lorenzo Mike Lorenzo Contractor Taking Money and Not completed work. Has taken about a year on the job that was going to be done in months. Have been given finish dates 5 times. They stopped responding to calls

Mike Lorenzo of Lorenzo Construction had been contracted to do several jobs. At the beginning work was being done well and fast. Sporadic payment schedules and quickly cashed checks were always a concern. But we just figured that it was for supplies and that he wanted to make sure the checks were good.

He then stopped showing up and when he did, the work was being done sloppy and rushed. You can look at several different rooms and notice which were done before vs after. After several meetings the problems only got worse.

He has disappeared! Doesn't return calls, and the work is still not done. We are having to pursue legal action against him. Lucky we were able to find his information and quite a lengthy record (civil Suits) of his lack of finishing work. Something we should have looked up before.

Also through the process we have learned that the location in which he resides that we were given was false. That Mike Lorenzo is now filing Identity Theft paperwork. He stated that several calls have been received at his (the wrong Mike L.) house from angry customers like myself. So that pointed out that plenty of people are looking to track this guy down.
