The prior complaint filed by the Taylorsville homeowner is 100% accurate.
In sum,
Our fence is falling down and was not put together properly.
QV only comes out to fix items in "piece-meal" and refuses to fix entire problem.
QV never shows up when promised and does not keep homeowners informed.
QV's subcontractors trash the homeowner's yards and leave food wrappers, utensils, etc.
QV does not verify what you want done before doing work that cannot be undone (i.E. Laying concrete). Then they won't fix anything and say you are the problem.
The only thing that turned out good was the concrete which was done by another contractor he hired.

QV did our landscaping and fence.
The job took months longer than promised. Therefore, the sod did not "take" before the 1st snow and some of our trees are not thriving.
Our sprinklers were left "open" all winter, so when the city turned on the secondary water the broken head overflowed and our basement flooded. It took many days before QV came out to fix the sprinklers.
Our yard was not leveled before putting down sod, so sloping a lot and lumpy.
Flower beds were not "raised" beds as instructed.
The fence it the biggest problem!
The panels are cut too short so the slightest jump by the dogs makes the panels come out and they escape. The "u" joints were used to fill space in the fence instead of cutting another panel, and the "u" joints are not mounted to the posts... So the fence is unstable and wobbly adding to the ease of pushing out the panels. Some panels are clamped and some are not.
QV is and has been aware of the problems and gives us the run around when asked to fix it. QV fixes in "piece-meal" by sending workers to fix only the specific panel that came out (in past), but now if giving us the run around about fixing the fence and says it is "our dog's fault?"
To make matters worse, we hired another contractor to come in and fix the mess and after he left QV convinced that contractor not to show up (and not call)... So we were left with no fix and the additional cost of kenneling our dogs for days for no reason.

The owner, Terry, mislead us, made us promises (and still does) that he cannot and will not keep. I have filed a BBB complaint and intend to pursue this issue in Court.
