Service - oil change

I am more than dissatisfied with the service i have received after going to this jiffy lube on us1 and 171st street in naranja florida. I have been going to this lube place for 2 years and have multiple cars service there. On my last oil change of this month on my 2007 toyota camry car i have noticed oil dripping in the garage. I went back and they told me that it wasnt cleaned properly and that they took care of it. They lied to me. It is a horrible thing to do to a valued customer and they have lost my business.in todays economic situation and where time is of the essence i feel that they should have been more helpful in looking into the problem instead of being so rude and unethical. I think everyone should be advised of this and beware of these kind of people.
