I've a Items 1450 pressurewasher. It worked okay although not excellent. Following a few employs an adapater (small inexpensive plastic point that related hose towards the quick coupler) smashed. Could not find section of something suitable in virtually any shop. I called Active Items plus they recommended the component could be $22.00 with S&H with $11.00 heading toward delivery to get a component that may consider an once. I told the CSR who responded the telephone that I'd purchase another pressurewasher from clearly another producer (that we may) and not by another Energetic Item again before I spend $22.00 for that component. Her reaction?"That Is good friend". Good way to deal with individuals who purchase your item. They wont get my company again and that I may purchase another pw. It is a subject of theory around economics.
