Amana Evenair Convection Oven

The glass smashed within the doorway of our Amana stove. (bought in 1999) We visited Sears to purchase an upgraded glass plus they offered us the entire doorway and charged us $131. It had been to become delivered to the house in a single week. Which was March 25. We still do not have any component so we named again (third-time) plus they state that we have to have patience. Therefore my child went online and named Amana who shows us the component isn't any longer available. Delay one minute - the number is just 9 yrs old and also the components happen to be UNAVAILABLE? Therefore the woman about the telephone (who had been excellent) recommended we google outdated components. We've discovered nothing plus some of the googled businesses do not actually bring outdated components anymore but didn't eliminate their advertisements that state they are doing. I'm so discouraged. Just how can a business end transporting alternative component after only 9 years of creating an item?

AND - Sears ultimately called back and stated they unearthed that the component is unavailable. Just how long might we've had to hold back to locate that from them if we'dnot pressed the problem? Sears is certainly going under to get a cause. That is also poor; it was previously AN EXCELLENT shop.
