Mr. Shawn Cranston of Discount Pest Control was given a job to get rid of mice residing in one of the walls in my house and spry, on an annual contract, for insects. The negotiated price for this job was $495 dollars. That was in January.

He came to the house, went into the crawl space and left some type of mouse bait. He came back two days later and sprayed around the house. We have not seen him since. We still have mice and we still have other insect pests. Being the trusting people that swe are, we paid the full $495. From viewing our bank account activity, the check was cashed within 15 minutes of his leaving our house.

We have not heard from or seen him since January, despite several phone calls.

Shawn is still advertising his business on the web, he is in the 2009 Yellow Book Yellow pages, when you call either of his numbers (503) 213-3950 or (503) 828-2342 you get the greeting for Discount Pest Control.

This guy is ripping people off, he really needs to be stopped. Don't be his next victim.
