Very rude & unprofessional service

I've never been handled so shabbily from the operator of the retail organization in my own life. I'd NEVER suggest the corporation! Operator, James Cribbs, is impolite & unprofessional & does not appear to worry about his clients.

I set a $700 deposit to get a group of units and 6 months later discovered they'd never been requested! WTH? Imagine he was never likely to I would like to know, both. Imagine he simply wished to maintain my cash & not provide me what I'd requested.

He offered no apology... Simply screamed at me about the telephone
