Leslie Lee is a liar and complete fraud and we have the proof to support our claim. She used to sell real estate in Mexico through the website www.MsMexico.com which it appears she has since taken down. We purchased a pre-construction condo through her and her Century 21 franchise. This was to be our retirement home as well as a near term investment property. Being a Century 21 Broker, we felt our investment would be safe, as we figured Leslie Lee and Century 21 would not be trying to sell such a scam of a project. Boy! Were we wrong!

We entered into a contract to buy the condo with a down payment of 10 percent and the balance to paid in 3 equal installments on dates established in the contract. We ended up paying 2 out of the 3 installments, before doing some private investigating of our own, to find out our condo had never been started! Here in lies the problem. On a couple of occasions, Leslie Lee sent us progress reports including photos of our unit under construction with the beautiful views from what she claimed to be the second and third floor!

Well guess what, not even the foundation of unit was ever poured! We have since found out that the pictures she sent were of the Model! Without these progress reports, we would have never made the installment payments. Now, the developer is missing and so is our money! So much for our retirement! I would recommend not even buying a backyard shed from Leslie Lee and Century 21, let alone a home of any value!
