These guys lie. Don't trust them. They will say anything to get the signature and when you sort out the lies and try to get your money back... Good luck. Judging by the rest of the reports I've seen I'm damn glad I lost my earnest money and chose not to let them build for us. These guys are crooks. They lied about the school zones, the flood plane, the right to get the earnest money back and the plans for the community (Canyon Lakes West). We were told within two years it would be built out, here we are 8 months later and not a single house has started construction in that neighborhood. Avoid doing business with these guys, they will lie to you and not think twice about doing it.
