Air&Water return policy is the worst I have seen. Upon receiving my defective AF-350 I was informed to wait for their process before a return could be made. Wait for what, it is defective! It is obvious Air&Water is aware of these problems but puts the entire burden on the consumer. These are big units not easily returned. Air&Water refuses to allow any compensation for the consumer. Like wise they have no problem saddling a 15% fee for restock. The return is also time sensitive. If you have nothing to do but sit around waiting to send back a unit the company knows is defective then you will not be disappointed. I called and tried to negotiate with Air&Water, however it is take it or leave it. Clearly the customer is always wrong at Air&Water. Air&Water chooses to sell defective equipment and believes this is your responsibility to correct. Because I work out of town this has been a real nightmare.
