Scamed Me Out Of $3,600.00

I went to this company, Loss Mitigation Services believing that they could help me get my mortgage payments lowered, and the interest rate lowered as well. I had to give them $3,600.00 before they would start on my case. This company told me that the $3,600.00 was to pay their attorneys to represent me. After getting my money they told me that they would contact me through email. I would hear from them every two weeks with updates on what was going on, and I would not have to worry about anything. They received the money in February, and as of July my daughter had to send emails, call, which the phone numbers were never the ones that were given to me.
This company was suppose to contact Indy Mac Federal Bank to get my mortgage where I could afford to pay each month, instead Loss Mitigation Services took my money and now my home is up for Foreclosure and it will be auctioned off on the 23rd of this month. I trusted these people believing they were with me, not against me. I sent many, many faxes with information they told me to send each time I received any information from Indy Mac Bank. I dealt with over 7 different people each time I would call. They would tell me they would call me in 2-8 hours, no one ever called me back. I would have my daughter send emails still no response.
When my daughter sent them an email stating that she was going to take this to the news media, then I get a call stating they needed more information that was updated. I had already sent updated information, and then I was told that they were speaking to Indy Mac bank as we speak, they lied. Next I contacted Indy Mac Bank to find out if Loss Mitigation Services had contacted them, they told me that they do not do any kind of litigation from a third party and Loss Mitigation Services had only spoke with them 3 times. (This was during a 5 month status).
