Ripped off elderly parents for $2000

Paid this company $2000 to supply and install floating floor boards. They came and removed the old carpet, and charged an extra $250 for doing so. Then convinced elderly parents to cancel the boards and get the existing ones polished. Then refused to refund the $2000. When approached refused refund, and refused to supply materials as they were not even ordered yet. They even signed a agreement to refund part of the money, and then changed their mind. Then rang the police because we asked for the materials. They said we were going to steal stuff from their store. They even told my 82 year old father the "check was in the mail". Very deceitful behavior.
