Did not pay for a raw wood install

I went ahead and installed a raw wood floor about 500 sq feet for randy. This was a tricky job cause it had a entry way with a border and a stairnose. Everything went off of this point. It went into a kitchen and down a hall. So i installed all this then randy was supposed to come behind me and sand and finish this which he did. So everything was fine until it was time for me to get paid. Then all of a sudden he had a bunch of complaints about my work and he didnt want to pay up. Here is the funny part. He got paid for the job.By law once you start sanding the floor you take full responsibilty for the install. Plus he never let me know about any problems and if there was problems by law he is supposed to let me fix it. Im not the first one he has done this to but im willing to speak up. All i want is whats owed to me. He is very big in MONAVIE
