Returned Paint but, will not give refund

Lake linden, Mi. 49945 I purchased Color for my cellar wall also it was to slim to paint about the concrete wall, and so I delivered it back again to them. They explained (following the reality) they wouldn't return a reimbursement since I didn't return it within four weeks. There is no discuss the paper-work they delivered to me that it'd to be delivered within one month. I delivered them $660.00 for that color after I purchased also it was suppose to focus on my cellar wall but, it did not. And so I delivered it and would really like my $660.00 back.
