Do yourself a favor, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS NIGHTMARE of a place... The neighbors are horrible that are involved in the hoa... We have a home owner association with rules like we are renters and we are mostly made up of homeowners... Here are a few examples...
1. Fines $25 each day for leaving garbage can out not hidden behind fence or in garage. If not paid they get a lien on your property...
2. Forget about satellite TV... The satellite dish cant be seen from the road at all or they get attorney and sue for removal if not removed attorney fees and court costs...

PEDDY CRAZY CRAP ALL THE TIME ALL THE TIME!!! PLEASE if you have a choice dont move here... For another example a property owner had a beautiful windmill made of silver metal and was pretty but the HOA said it was a eye sore so must be removed. NOW THESE ARE HOME OWNERS KEEP IN MINDit is like renting here... They have more say so than the owners... From the houses to the street is a very short distance houses are to close to gether for privacy... AND AS SMALL AS THE DRIVEWAYS ARE made for only 2 cars THEY DEMAND NO VEHICLES BE PARKED ON THE STREET MORE THAN 24 hours or towed at owners expense so if you have company more than 24 hours and more cars than what will fit in the driveway then I am not sure what you do just dont have much company or see their cars get towed away.

PLEASE I WOULD WISH THIS ON MY WORSE ENEMY!!! YOu said well just move well with equity and the economy and so many reason it is just not that easy and that is what they want. I wouldnt give them the satisfaction..
