Ordered 6 Royal Paulownia Trees for 30 bucks, arrived. 5 dead!

I ordered 6 Royal Paulwnia Trees, described as fast growing beautiful purple flowering trees. Arrived, 5 dead, and they looked like small tomato plants.
After spending 35 dollars (shipping/handling included) I am totally disgusted!!! I want action!!!
How dare such a company scam so many people
We need to take some sort of action. Who do these rip off companies think they are??? We have got to start some place with big, rich coporate rip off's... What to do...???
