Kitchen remodel rip off

I was just another casualty in the process of the Home Improvement King rip off of consumers. They came out to my home and started a kitchen remodel and the quality was so poor I would not even put that trash in my garage.

I spoke to Mitch only one time who indicated that he would have it corrected, but we all know that didn't happen. I spoke to a disgusting, rude, cheap, man by the name of Tom Collins who indicated he was the production manager and he was of no use at all. It was clear he was simply an additional slime bag in cahoots with the general managers on ripping the public off. He continually would ignore calls, make excuses and blatenly lie. I'm sure if he has any family or friends they are truly embarrassed to know him.

The other individual who deserves to be recognized is our salesman Josh. Since HIK never returned to complete the job several other companies were called in to correct the war zone. They ALL indicated that had the kitchen been completed it would have been worth no more than $7,000. And that was due to the granite that was suppose to be installed. Josh charged us almost $30,000.00. He was no more than a used car salesman who took advantage of people and lied about the quality of the product. He even showed us samples, but it was not what was installed in our home.

I believe this who is trying to save his reputation due to what an employee posted is also lying. He says he didn't know what was going on, yet he write about HIK "supposedly" claiming bankruptcy. This means he know alot more and is still allowing his old company abuse the public. I hope that someone finds a way to file actions against the managers and directors of this company who hid and are still hiding more information.
