Todd Trickle #SA547547000 of L & I Advisors (Lender & Investors) Realty tried to rip us off for thousands on a deal that he had no clue of how to deal with. He failed many times to comply with requests for information, and out right lied to us regarding the clients wishes. He should be charged with Breach of Fiduciary Duties, Absolutely charged with Dishonest Dealings, and lets not forget the blatent lack of Disclosures...
Be very careful if you choose to be represented by this person and run if he is across the table!!!
