Action plumbing do not use this company rip off! Beware unfair incompetent workers $900 and nothing was fixed

We had a clogged sewer system, and our landlord hired Action Drain Service to come out and remedy the issue. They came out and removed some toilet paper from the line and said that everything was fixed and we signed for the work paid $400, however only four hours later and one shower the sewer had backed up all over the basement bathroom. We called Action immediately and informed them of the situation, they automatically tried to blame it on us and said we clogged it again. Nevertheless they said they would come back and take a look at it. Two days later we finally heard back from them and they came to the house to look into the problem. Action discovered that the original problem was not toilet paper at all, but some matchbox cars that my son flushed down the toilet. They told us that they could not fix the problem and when my wife asked if there were any charges the tech said don't worry about it and left. We never signed an invoice or work order for the second visit and assumed that it was free of charge because they were incompetent the first time and could not fix the issue on the second visit. We then hired another drain company to come out and look at the problem. He was able to locate and fix the problem, which he said was made worse by Action. The total bill for his service was $300. Action Drain Service is now demanding that we pay them another $519.00 for the second visit. Over all Action did nothing but make the problem worse. They are asking for more money yet we never signed anything saying we were responsible for the return visit.
