Reynaldo Ruiz And Co. Of Stole my property and turned around and sold it to my neighbo

Mr Ruiz entered my vacant property with his workers and stole my backyard. He took all my pavers, tore out my plants, took the sprinkler timer, stole the bleeder screws, broke the pressure vacume breaker and took all the caps off my valve tubes leaving a mess of a stripped backyard full of trash. He then gets a job from the house across the street from mine in which he puts all my stuff in there backyard. He charges my neighbor $9,000.00 for the job and buys only white rocks. How do I know all of this? He is my son inlaw. After him ripping me off and destroying my property I want nothing more to do with him! The reason Im filing this report is because he ripped off 2 different people at the same time. He has a habit of selling used pavers. I think the world should know what kind of business he runs.
