Smokeacali.com, Sent defective used and poorly packed item, no answers to my e-mails, no refund

On may 18th i purchased a DeLonghi Esclusivo ESAM3300 Espresso Machine & Coffee on ebay from those crooks. Paid $549.66. Title clearly said "you are bidding on a brand new never used never opened not refurbished". When i received the unit it was poorly packed, no plastic, and it did not worked at all. I tried to contact them, but they simply ignored me. Eventually i sent it back by USPS (spent extra $42.00). After about 3 days!!! They finally sent me an email, promising full refund INCLUDING shipping charge as long as i leave a positive feedback on their account on ebay. Unfortunately i did leave a positive feedback, hoping they would do their part too. Week later USPS tried to deliver the box, but there was nobody to accept it. USPS left two notices on their door. Still no refund from them. I am working with paypal to get my money back. Stay away from them.
