Charlene Winter had a short sell listed. We contacted her and put in our offer. She told us we had the high bid & she was turning everything into bank, we would know for sure in 10 days. Then she decided to quit taking calls for 4 months! The next thing we find out is that the house was listed with a new realtor, because she could not be contacted and we lost the house.
