Worst Instillation, Damages Home, Won't Correct AND Sues you the business that does not give a dam

What a deal. Agreed to purchase over $6K in Carpet, Tile and instillation. Gave the store in Humble, TX over $3K deposit and off we went.

Our Bathroom tile was installed incorrectly, floor not prepared, grout between the tiles goes nicely with the six inches up the wall. Baseboards shattered and sealed as tile was laid up to them instead of removing as installer's instructions say. Tile not cut properly and is an inch or more from wall in some areas.

But maybe they can lay carpet, well maybe they can't. Damaged on door in bedroom moving furniture, broke leg on sofa table, OH those things happen, lost hardware for doors removed, failed to finish edge correctly.

I want my home tiled and carpeted correctly as paid for, I want the items repaired or replaced. They want me to pay them and they will review the problems. I thought escrow seemed like good ideal. Not store. They would not get the balance because they knew they either could or would not fix this mess.

Now this pillar of the community is suing me in the hopes of misleading a judge. Well I believe this will be a case where three dozen pictures should be worth a least a thousand words.
