Took my money and never returned it

In January I requested a snowblower I seriously required from these folks. I paid $679.95. I never obtained the snowblower, because they stated the shippment was postponed, they were not the same as the main one described so that they needed to email everybody an image to determine when they still needed it. I never got a contact from their website.in March, I eventually informed some man Conner to your investment snowblower and provide me my cash back. He explained certain not a problem, I'd get a check within 30-60 business days. Tomorrow is July 1st! And you know what, NO-CHECK!!! I have sent them way too many occasions to count, but still no reaction. So when you contact the telephone number they let you know to mail, after which hang-up

I am just one mother, on impairment, and I actually need my cash back.
