Fire Hazard, breakdown of components

Although searching for alternative writers for my Ideal Flame BBQ, I ran across remarks from different homeowners of the design SLG2006B. I've had an identical connection with the whole device getting flame (not from the flare up) heat was so extreme that it seared the exterior about the home. The interior of the address has become ripping, even though performing my spring BBQ check up, discovered the two center writers totally broken-in 2 items as the additional writers are damaged. The alternative burner variety avg $35 each and want to substitute them-but the screws keeping them towards the backplate have all rusty and difficult to get rid of. I'd no criticism before fireplace and also the writers dysfunction. This device is coated all the time and that I have now been BBQing & sustaining my grills going back 35 years (where I possessed a Sunbeam along with a CharBroil that survived on average 15 years each) personally I think this Ideal Fire is just a fire risk and constructed with poor quality content
