Island Pools
Rip Off, Dishonest, Despicable

Island Pools might be a good pool company if Sherman did not own and operate the company. The pool itself turned out great but would never have turned out the way we ordered it if we had not been there every step of the way. We were told that Sherman (owner) or the salesman would be at the site before each contractor showed up. The only time Sherman or his salesman ever showed up was to collect a check. We could never reach Sherman or the salesman when the contractors showed up with the wrong plans or if there was a problem with how the work was being done.
Then in the end Sherman held us hostage. He would not finish the pool unless we paid extra above the agreed to amount. He is a fly by the seat of the pants company. Do not buy a pool from island pools!
