Down In 4 Days!

We hired this company to put up a 6 foot private fence and within 4 days it fell down. Now they will not cover their work and reinstall the fence. Currently taking them to court after we paid for the supplies totaling $621.09 and them for the labor $790.00. Because of their poor workmanship the fencing maerial is damaged. We had this company put in our fence after we seen their work across the street from us.
They started the fence after we went them to the store to buy the right supplies they needed. We showed up after a couple of hours and the fence was only a little over 5 feet tall. We spoke up and told them that it was to be 6 feet like we spoke to them before starting. At this point they had cut some of the 6 feet panels and only got poles for a 4 foot fence and we still using them for our 6 foot fence. He tried to put wood up inside to make it taller but we notice it weaving back and forth. This man did told it was that the concrete had to set. They next day we called him to tell him of some of the areas that were broken. He came out and tried to fix them.By Saturday when we had the winds while we were at our son's game the fence went down. The neighbors tried to re-enforce it but that did not hold. We called he and no return answer until later Sunday or Monday. When I spoke with gentleman I told him we would pay the difference in the supplies that he should have gotten for a 6 foot fence (that would have been 8 foot poles). When we went to the store he had his helper meet us their, and I told his helper that his boss could paid for the supplies "NOT!"
