Home improvement scammer, acts as if he is a consultant to the job, but does nothing for the money

This guy ripped us off also-he said he could do my roofing job and portrayed himself as the general contractor/consultant!!! Of the project-saying he would guarantee all the work, get the best people, at the best price-what a load of crap-he put some drug addict, alcoholic on my roof who did a crap job
and THEN the place where they bought the roofing supplies were looking for payment that they never received for materials-what a RIP-OFF-when I talked to this clown he then changed his tune saying he was not responsible for what those same workers he originally guaranteed would be the best. This guy is a con artist to do what he has done-I hope the authorities catch up with him soon!!!
