Scammed me by promising furniture, took my money and ran. Marbella

I paid Furniture Direct Worldwide almost 15,000 to supply and install a furniture pack into a new overseas property, this was back in December 08. I initially had dealings with a woman calling herself Sue and then with a man named Dave Connor, who told us that they would definitely be installing the furniture around March time.

Since then a man called Chandrakat Patel has emailed me saying that the company may have to go into administration because of a slander campaign instigated by a third party. Several emails have since been sent by me and a recorded letter to Mr Patel but with no reply.
I have emailed Trading Standards, Serious Fraud Office, Watchdog, European Consumer Council, all with little or no help. Other than tracking Mr Patel down and forcing him to get the funds returned i don't know what else to do.
