Bad business practice

The corporation was employed to reel and reseal standing ground in living room-dining room. They experimented with achieve this, draining and resealing on two different times. They removed the ground again about the next evening, but quit the ground in chaos. They destroyed our baseboards, thresholds, and wallcovering. We got them to small-claims judge and was granted a reasoning. We've been not able to gather a cent. Operator promises company is poor and he's prepared to file bankruptcy. He's previously stated bankruptcy on the prior company.
