Martin Sanchez, operator of Sanchez Gardening (El Paso, Texas - Fort Bliss - Santa Teresa, NM - Surrounding Locations). Mr. Sanchez found our house within the Northeast section of El Paso, Texas in September. He provided a company card and offered mean estimation on gardening. He was really prepared to use us on price, times, ect. He was really available and appeared useful. I told him I had been collecting estimates and seeking to really do the job myself. I named him back since he'd agreed to simply buy the stone I required for the lawn but again I rejected. Later that month after I was prepared to obtain the stone I required I went into many dead-ends with inventory problems from regional businesses. I subsequently named Mr. Sanchez again and informed him I had been having to purchase the stone from him.

Then he provided me a on putting it within the yard since he was operating the region, and had a bet in with my friend. From the period he managed to get to my house 24 hours later, 9-28-11, he'd obtained my neighbors company. He needed what many were needing by means of a deposit or supplies in advance. I wrote him a check that evening for $350. The check was banked that trip to ACE Cash Communicate in El Paso, TX. It removed my lender the next week on 10-3-11. He'd stated he'd possess the stone shipped on 10-5-11. He arrived by my house that evening stating he was choosing my friend to collection some potted flowers and bushes to begin below lawn the next Monday, 10-10-11. He organized on her to satisfy him in a room on HWY 28 in New Mexico near Mesilla and La Union. He got an extremely big deposit from her that week also.

On Monday October 10 I waited until mid-day without any phone, no supplies, with no indication of Martin Sanchez or employees from Sanchez Gardening. I named many times and quit several communications of problem. The next evening I extended to contact. Our friend also extended to contact. We began wondering around our community and unearthed that he's obtained many peopleis profit our region alone and went. No returned calls, no delivered cash. Watch out for this guy. He's a scammer.
