Do not buy their products

This company's vacuums are complete pieces of crap and so is Eureka customer service. I bought a vacuum and from the first time I used it it clogged. I spent 30 minutes cleaning it out and it only completed half of my living room before it overheated and shut down. I called customer service and they sent me to a repair facility 20 miles away. When I arrived they said they didn't do repairs for Eureka anymore. Then customer service sent me 34 miles in the opposite direction and that repair facility also said they don't deal with Eureka anymore. There is not a repair facility within 50 miles of Sacramento CA!!! They walked me through a 30 minute process of unclogging it myself but I cannot even vacuum one room without clogs. Now they want me to send it FedEx to a regional repair facility and wait 3-8 weeks to see if they can fix it?!?!?!?! Buyer beware!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Customer service is a joke... They say if it is just a clog you will be charged... Should a pet vacuum have some sort of mechanism to prevent frequent clogging? If its clogged then that means the vacuum isnt working.
