Ripped off!

Bobby Morris mentioned he'd put a mat from the go out cellar of my home for 200 bucks and price of supplies. I told Bobby that I required reciepts for that substance. After fourteen days of awaiting the reciepts from St. James Ready-Mix that Bobby mentioned he'd I named St. James ready-mix. I had been advised I'd a slim against my home which he'd not settled the statement. I'd provided Bobby 3400 bucks for that work. I had been informed the cement was 1200 bucks such as the rebar along with other supplies. Bobby had billed me over 2400 bucks for that supplies. I are in possession of water dripping into my cellar in the mat. I attempted to face Bobby concerning the cash and he explained virtually to screw-off. I've noticed that Bobby does poor work and it has an issue completing jobs.
