Before submitting different bids to buy a house, realtor (Gonzalo Barajas) promised half the commisson as a rebate. I did all the work and found the house i wanted.infact, realtor never even came to show me the house i liked, he has NEVER even been to the property. I have yet to hear from him since March 15 when I singed paperwork at title comapy. I have called and emailed him several times for the past 3 weeks and he has not responded. After seeing how he has acted, i began questioning his ethics and reviewed all my paperwork. Low and behold i found he also charged me a processing fee which was not disclosed on any other paperwork. He basically submitted it to the title company, and i didn't catch it. The worst part is that I know him personally and am friends with his family (who also work at his office which is why i went with him).

In addition i had already bought a house from him, for which he received @ $5,000. So if he can treat someone he knows this way (and close frind of the family), imagine how he will treat you. I feel bad for his clients, who are predominantly spanish speaking and don't know very much english. BEWARE! REMAX HINET HI NET seems to have other bad reports as well. I would advise going instead with DFW REALTIES (offer 2% rebate) or VIP Realty Christie Schwitz who offers a 1.5 rebate.
