Doesn't care about clients

From previos report you know CENTEX has legally cheted us out of over $20,000.

Now they get their revenge. We filed a warranty repair service order on 11 July. On Wed 25 July a rep showed up at our house to assess repairs. After lookin at everything we discussed timing for repairs. I specifically told the rep any time Fri-Sun would be fine. Thursday was out because I have follow up to surgery at the hospital. (My hand and arm are currently in a cast).

Thursday as I was preparing to leave for the hospital roofers showed up (UNANNOUNCED) to repair our roof. To accomodate them I had to delay my hospital appointment.

Luckily mine was the last before lunch so the hospital worked with me on a one hour delay.

When I spoke to the roofer he stated he received a fax from CENTEX to get here today. So obviously CENTEX does not listen to or care about its customers after it has your money. The CENTEX rep could not have miss the cast on my arm or the fact that I had hospital appointment.

This is after posting on this sight and trying to get resolution through the AG Office and BBB. Is this retribution? Or is this just very unprofessional and unethical treatment of the consumer?
